Focused on preparing students for careers not yet imagined, IUB’s School of Public & Environmental Affairs excels at providing experiential learning to complement coursework. Part of this programming is a career readiness alumni mentorship program for rising Juniors and Seniors designed by Mentor Collective.

Now in its third year, the program has:

  • Shown significant impact on career decision self-efficacy (mentees demonstrated a 8.33% increase in the 21-22 AY)
  • Matched 480+ upper-division students with a career mentor since the pilot program launch in 2020
  • Engaged ~70+ alumni each academic year
